A Grand Auction

The auction took place on the 23rd of October and once again the village hall was filled to capacity with an eclectic mix of lots, ranging from collectables /antiques/ kitchen ware /furniture /garden and workshop equipment.  Many of the lots were donated, along with further lots that were sold on behalf of venders paying a commission.

The profit from the auction has been split between the Village Hall fund and "Young lives Verses Cancer" each charity receiving £619.54.

Many thanks to all involved, not least the office team, porters, caterers and helpers.

We hope to run another event this year with further details to follow.
